FluidCompanies Manifesto
Here is why we decided to go on this journey.

The Dream
My dream is that we could create temporary companies.
Structures that exist for the duration of a project. That collect payments for a collaboration, then automatically redistribute to each partner their share of revenue — based on a contract we agreed on from the start.
Fluid associations that form in minutes and dissolve when the project is done.
This is exactly what smart contracts on the blockchain enable. And today, this technology is mature.
The Old World is Dying
For 200 years, we've been told there's only one way to build a business: incorporate, hire lawyers, open bank accounts, navigate bureaucracy, split equity in rigid percentages that never change.
This worked when businesses were factories. When you needed capital for machines. When partnerships lasted decades.
But we don't live in that world anymore.
Today, if I want to start a project with a friend, we have to create a company. €600 to set it up, €1000 to liquidate it. And endless discussions: how many shares? For whom? Under which brand?
It's not fluid. It's not built for how we actually work.
The Atomic Unit of Production
The atomic unit of production has become the individual.
Each creator has their own digital world. Their own uniqueness. Their own concepts, methods, ideas. And they make a living from it.
I have my world and my superfans. The people I collaborate with have theirs — their own universe, their own books, their own courses.
The problem with traditional companies is that they hide all these individualities under a single vision. Everyone restricts themselves — restricts their skills, restricts their creativity — to conform to the company's image.
We work for someone else's vision without showing our individuality and talents.
The New Reality
Today's economy runs on collaboration:
Two developers build a SaaS over a weekend
A YouTuber and an editor split revenue 70/30
Three coaches co-create a course, each bringing different expertise
A designer and marketer team up for a single product launch
These collaborations are fluid. They form, deliver value, and sometimes dissolve — all faster than the time it takes to register a company.
Yet we force these fluid collaborations into rigid corporate structures.
The result?
Most collaborations never happen — too much friction
Those that do are informal — leading to disputes, tax problems, unpaid partners
Creators stay solo — missing the multiplier effect of collaboration
The Model of Fluid Collaboration
What I advocate for today is a new model.
No creator trying to build a giant company like a publishing house or a magazine. Nobody trying to build something big and then put everyone under the same image and vision.
No. We have many creators, each with their own uniqueness and their own small world.
When we want to come together for a project, it needs to be as fluid as possible. Our two units meet for a given moment, with our precise talents. We form a flexible alliance — perhaps under a shared brand or product — but we remain independent units without fixed costs, without internalizing talents.
We collaborate with other creators and freelancers on the skills we lack, without creating a company or structure.
Everyone keeps their personal brand, their acquisition, their media. Ideas stay within our personal brands. But we come together to create projects that excite us and help people — together.
What We Believe
We believe the future of work is fluid.
Not gig work. Not freelancing. Something new: fluid companies — lightweight, trust-based partnerships that can form in minutes, operate globally, and distribute revenue automatically.
We're not replacing traditional companies. We're creating a new category for a new type of collaboration.
Why Now?
Three forces have converged to make this possible today:
Stablecoins are mature — USDC offers instant, near-free global transfers
Smart contracts are proven — Automated, trustless revenue distribution is now trivial
The creator economy is booming — 50M+ creators need infrastructure for collaboration
The technology exists. The market is ready. Someone will build this.
We're building it.
The Magic Moment
Imagine this:
"We sold our first course together yesterday. This morning, I woke up and checked my wallet — my 40% was already there. No invoice to send, no payment to chase, no wondering if my partner will pay me. It just... worked."
This is Fluid Companies.
Create a partnership in 5 minutes. Define your splits. Sell your product. We handle everything — payments, taxes, compliance, currency conversion — and automatically distribute revenue to each partner's wallet.
No lawyers. No accountants. No friction.
Just creators building together.
Join Us
The old model forced us to choose: stay solo, or lock yourself into rigid structures.
Fluid Companies gives you a third path: collaborate freely, get paid fairly, stay independent.
We go where the energy goes. We build what excites us. We help people — together.
Welcome to the era of fluid collaboration.
